My name is Anna-Maria, I am 28 years old and based in Zurich, Switzerland.
With a background in mechanical engineering, my practice as a designer brings together technical precision and a deep appreciation for thoughtful, material-driven design.

I am drawn to being outdoors — to feeling nature directly, whether through windsurfing, bikepacking, or quiet observation. These experiences shape my work, which exists at the intersection of precision, functionality, and aesthetics. Nature, with its forms, rhythms, and materials, is my primary source of inspiration.

In contrast to the fast-paced world we live in, I see my work as a deliberate counter-movement. I create furniture that is not made for the moment, but for a lifetime and beyond. Each piece is designed to be durable, practical, and emotionally resonant — objects that adapt over time, accompany different stages of life, and endure across generations.
